Good Evening Beautiful Bloggy Friends!
It is I, Mandi, along with my amazing Partner In Debauchery (through the magic of the interweb and iChat that is), Candee. We come to you tonight to announce The Debauchery Tour '09! (cue applause) That's right, we are about to embark on a most excellent adventure.
We're hoping to start things off with a little pre-show debauching in NYC starting March 20 and ending when I decide to finally come home. We have no real plans for my time there but whatever we do, we guarantee it will be EPIC and there will be photo and video 'evidence' to show for it. But the real fun will begin Saturday, April 25, 2009, the first day of THE DEBAUCHERY TOUR '09!
Of course Candee and I wouldn't be able to debauch without some of our favorite bands present so day 1 will include some of our favoritest, Fall Out Boy and Cobra Starship (fangs up!). Day 1 will be held at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. We will be joined by members of our debauching team, Jell-O and Bridget. It shall prove to be an amazing start to an amazing tour.
The following night, Sunday April 26, 2009, is still tentative and Candee may go home or she may join us, that remains to be seen. But we're hoping to make it to the Bamboozle Roadshow at TLA in Philadelphia, PA which features We The Kings, Forever The Sickest Kids, The Cab (and you KNOW how we feel about The Cab), Mercy Mercedes, and Never Shout Never. Even if we do not see the Roadshow in Philly, the tickets are already bought and paid for for the Roadshow in Towson, Maryland at the Recher Theater on Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Guaranteed fun will be had by all. Candee will be returning from NYC for the adventure and if all goes according to plan we will be kidnapping The Cab and We The Kings and taking them on a bowling adventure. And maybe Denny's. Isn't it fun hanging out in our brains?
The fun does not stop there friends! I mean 3 days would not be much of a tour, would it? Day 4 will be held in Baltimore, Maryland on Wednesday, April 29 at Fletcher's for the Guys Guys Guys tour featuring Sing It Loud, The Friday Night Boys (our boys!), The Morning Light, Artist Vs. Poet, and The Summer Set. This will be an extra special show for a lot of reasons: first of all it will be the first time we've seen The Friday Night Boys since our horrible 4 hour drive to Allentown, PA on Valentine's Day, and secondly it's because we're taking a gaggle! That's right, we're bringing back up! Candee, Jell-O, and I will be joined by Monica and Kayla (who are driving all the way down from Connecticut to join us) as well as our concert buddy Morgan and possibly our other concert buddies Melissa, Lynda, and Eryn. It will be E-P-I-C EPIC, that's for sure.
You may think the festivities end there but we've only just begun...to rock. Day 5 will see the partners (along with Bridget, Jell-O, Monica, Kayla, and others) make their way to East Rutherford, NJ for the music event of our year: The Hoodwink Festival, AKA the first day of BAMBOOZLE. Hoodwink festival will feature bands tributing other bands including, but not limited to, The Cab (and you KNOW how we feel about The Cab) tributing Queen, We The Kings tributing Jimmie Eat World, and New Found Glory tributing Green Day.
Day 6 and Day 7 will be our THESIS, The Bamboozle Festival 2009, The Meadowlands, East Rutherford, NJ...We will add Lynda and Eryn to our masses and we've already booked the hotel that will hold the party that is the end of THE DEBAUCHERY TOUR '09!
So, to recap, here are the dates:
March 20 - ? - Pre-debauchery debauching in NYC
Saturday, April 25 - Fall Out Boy (w/ Cobra Starship, All Time Low, and Hey Monday (Metro Station is rumored not to be at our date))
Sunday, April 26 (tentative) - Bamboozle Roadshow (We The Kings, Forever The Sickest Kids, The Cab, Never Shout Never, and Mercy Mercedes), Philadelphia, PA
Tuesday, April 28 - Bamboozle Roadshow, Towson, MD
Wednesday, April 29 - Guys Guys Guys Tour (Sing It Loud, The Friday Night Boys, Artist Vs. Poet, The Morning Light, and The Summer Set), Fletcher's, Baltimore, MD
Friday, May 1 - Hoodwink Festival, The Meadowlands, East Rutherford, NJ
Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3 - The Bamboozle Festival, The Meadowlands, East Rutherford, NJ
So there you have it, kids. The Debauchery Tour '09. We hope to see some of you there! And, if you are to be there, let us know. If you find us at one of those shows a prize may just be involved.

As a Triple Sis, I Rule
Hello bloggy friends!
The last you heard from us, my darling partner in debauchery was sharing past debauchery while me and our Jell-O were at The Cab/We The Kings show. Sadly she couldn't join us due to an unfortunate selling out situation. The show was definitely missing something without my Partner in Debuachery to live it up with us but we made sure she wasn't forgotten.
Before the show Jell-O and I were hunting for food and ran into Singer (and the rest of the band) hanging out by their van. Now, sweet bloggers, if you remember, we met Singer not that long ago during the Hello My Name Is... tour weekend (See the There's No Need To Feel Down blog). Anyway, he saw Jell-O and I and recognized us right away. He said "I saw those pictures" (also featured on the There's No Need to Feel Down blog) and I was instantly like "Oh crap, they're kind of embarrassing." Jell-O asked if he was entertained by them and he said he was so that was a plus. Singer just seems to be a really genuine, nice, down to earth guy. He's friendly and funny and if any of you out there ever get a chance to see him perform or meet him, I highly recommend it. Every time he saw us the rest of that night he was making silly faces at us and just making us laugh.
Singer and Me, doing "something crazy."

Now on to why I am just the greatest triple sis ever. Knowing how bummed my partner in debauchery and triple sis was to not be with us, I decided I had to do something special just for her. Now if you all don't already know, Candee loves Ian Crawford. After meeting him during the Hello My Name Is... tour, she was sold. Both by how insanely talented he is AND by how incredibly nice he is as well. After the show, when all the guys were hanging out and talking to fans I found Ian and told him about how Candee couldn't join us and how bummed she was. I said it was a 'total fangrrl move' but I was really hoping he could help me out. And since he is just as incredibly nice as I mentioned earlier, he was happy to help. See what we came up with below :-)
Sure this video didn't fix the fact that Candee couldn't join us but it definitely brightened her spirits (and maybe made her squeal like a fangrrl!)
I also have to mention that not only is Ian Crawford insanely talented and incredibly nice but he is also my photographic muse. When Ian is performing he is especially photogenic. Some musicians are just a joy to photograph due to the fact that it is very obvious how much they love what they do. Ian Crawford is one of those musicians. Below I have included the picture I've deemed the greatest picture of Ian Crawford ever taken (even since he was a baby!). I hope you feel the same :)

You can see the rest of my Cab photos on Flickr!
As you've all probably noticed, most of our debauching revolves around concert going. Sadly we don't have another concert on deck until Fall Out Boy on April 25 but that starts a great week that ends with Bamboozle! We won't make it that long without debauching so who knows, I may wander up to NYC or Candee may wander down here to debauch with me. Who knows? We'll try to update more often just to keep you up-to-date with the madness of our lives.
